PENGARUH IMPLEMENTASI PROYEK PENGUATAN PROFIL PELAJAR PANCASILA (P5) TERHADAP PENGETAHUAN SISWA PADA TEMA SUARA DEMOKRASI DI SMP NEGERI 3 PARANGINAN TAHUN AJARAN 2023/2024

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is an effect of the implementation of the pancasila student profile strengthening project (P5) on students’ knowledge on the theme od the voice of democracy at SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan in the 2023/2024 academic year. This type of research is quantitative reseach. The population in this study were all students of SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan in the 2023/2024 academic year totaling 165 people and the sample was class VII-A totaling 23 people. The data collection technique used in this study is using a questionnaire. This questionnaire is used to determine whether there is an influence of the implementation of P5 on student knowledge on the theme of democratic voice.The research is a quantitative reseach, where this reseach follows a series of stages of implementing the P5 theme of the voice of democracy starting from project planning, project implementation in class ( democracy material), product material, simulation and the last is the implementation of the voice of demoracy.Where the implementation of democratic voice carried out at SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan was realized in the election pf the OSIS chairman. After completing the series, the researcher distributed a questionnaire about the P5 theme of democratic voice to the predetermined sample.From the results of the questionnaire data analysis, the average value of all students was 83,13 with good criteria compared to the results of student knowledge before the imlementation of P5 on the theme of the voice of democracy with an average value of all students of only 73,52. Based on the criteria for influence on student knowledge, if the percentage is between 65%≤PPS≤100%, there is an influence on student knowledge. Based on this, the final result was 83,13% ( there is an influence of the implementation of P5 on the theme of the voice of democracy on student knowledge). Thus it can be concluded that there is an influence of the implementation of P5 on students’knowledge on the theme of democratic voice at SMP Negeri 3 Paranginan in  the 2023/2024 academic year. The suggestion is that the implementation of P5 on the theme of democratic voice should not only be realized in the election of the OSIS chairman but can choose other options such as class chairman, scout chairman and so on.
